House to Home Solutions, LLC, is an award-winning design/build renovation firm for discerning homeowners in Maryland and Northern Virginia. We specialize in luxury home renovations, taking a proven, end-to-end partnership approach to designing and delivering unique whole-house renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and other living spaces that reflect each client’s personality and lifestyle. In this role, you will spend about 75% of your time in our Rockville Design Studio handling the design aspects of this position and 25% of your time in the field meeting with clients in their home or at showrooms, as well as meeting with vendors and suppliers to cultivate those relationships.

Requirements

NKBA Certified Kitchen & Bathroom Designer
High-end Luxury Residential Remodeling Experience required
Proficiency in 20/20 and/or Chief Architect a must
Computer and technology literate with the ability to quickly learn new applications
Some Sales and/or Project Estimating experience a plus but not required
Must be organized and have extreme attention to detail
Takes pride in themselves and their work
Enjoys people and possesses strong people/communication skills

Responsibilities

Create eye-catching, potentially trendsetting custom designs for clients
Provide conceptual drawings adhering to specifications agreed upon by client and Sales Representative and in accordance with all company policies procedures and building codes
Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients to decide on or assist in material and product selection, design scope updates/changes and budget-related issues
Accurately record and maintain detailed Fixture Selection Sheet on all projects
Participate in pre-construction meetings with Project Manager, Sales Representative and Subcontractors to go over project scope, changes and solutions
Ensure our Design Studio showcases highly popular as well as the latest product lines and trends. Visit local showrooms and build relationships to further the company’s exposure
