House to Home Solutions, LLC, is an award-winning design/build renovation firm for discerning homeowners in Maryland and Northern Virginia. We specialize in luxury home renovations, taking a proven, end-to-end partnership approach to designing and delivering unique whole-house renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and other living spaces that reflect each client’s personality and lifestyle. In this role, you will spend about 75% of your time in our Rockville Design Studio handling the design aspects of this position and 25% of your time in the field meeting with clients in their home or at showrooms, as well as meeting with vendors and suppliers to cultivate those relationships.

Requirements

  • NKBA Certified Kitchen & Bathroom Designer
  • High-end Luxury Residential Remodeling Experience required
  • Proficiency in 20/20 and/or Chief Architect a must
  • Computer and technology literate with the ability to quickly learn new applications
  • Some Sales and/or Project Estimating experience a plus but not required
  • Must be organized and have extreme attention to detail
  • Takes pride in themselves and their work
  • Enjoys people and possesses strong people/communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching, potentially trendsetting custom designs for clients
  • Provide conceptual drawings adhering to specifications agreed upon by client and Sales Representative and in accordance with all company policies procedures and building codes
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients to decide on or assist in material and product selection, design scope updates/changes and budget-related issues
  • Accurately record and maintain detailed Fixture Selection Sheet on all projects
  • Participate in pre-construction meetings with Project Manager, Sales Representative and Subcontractors to go over project scope, changes and solutions
  • Ensure our Design Studio showcases highly popular as well as the latest product lines and trends. Visit local showrooms and build relationships to further the company’s exposure
