We invite you to join our team and become our Winery Cook/Prep! Gillig Winery provides delectable dishes utilizing a non-traditional “Bistro Kitchen”. Position requirements include, but not limited to, prepping food, cooking dishes for winery guests, assisting in organizing menus for events, adhering to any and all Health Department Standards, organizing kitchen processes to maintain high quality, safety, efficiency, and profitability. Gillig Winery is hiring a Food Cook/Prep, preferably with kitchen knowledge or experience, but not required. Hours are 25-35 hours per week (working hours vary with afternoons and evenings and could include anytime as follows: occasional evenings on Mondays, Tuesday-Wednesday 1pm-11pm; Thursday-Saturday 10am-11pm). We are closed on Sundays.
