About The Position

The Deauville culinary team is expanding! We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team under the leadership of our Executive Chef TJ Ricciardi. The chef team focuses on simplicity and classic approach to this Jersey shore seafood eatery. Working hand in hand with our culinary team SEASONAL POSITION : STARTING 4/1/26 Pay Rate : STARTING $14HR + Tips

Requirements

  • 1+ Year experience Expo High Volume (Prior Server or Food Runner Experience will be accepted in Lieu at Hiring manager discretion)
  • Basic Food and Safety Knowledge (Entry Level Test will be administered)

Responsibilities

  • Memorize all Floor and Seating Charts of the Venue
  • Job duties include but are not limited to setting up server stations for efficiency
  • ensuring kitchen orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, and directing service staff for proper execution.
  • Stocking of All Plate and Flatware for Kitchen Service
  • Setting up and Break down of food and Cleaning of Expo area.
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team is required.
  • Working hand in hand with our culinary team
  • Must learn Menu and dietary restrictions in preparations of each dish
  • Able to Perform in a high stress environment
