About The Position

The Double Eagle is a fast casual restaurant with a menu featuring snacks and lunches as well as healthier choices, all prepared fresh daily. The Double eagle is open 9:00 am to 9:00pm during the Spring, Summer and Fall Season weather permitting.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruiting and training of Culinary Team.
  • Attend and assist orientation and all subsequent training
  • Assists Venues Manager and Manager to track/manage food costs, inventory controls, scheduling and Labor to meet or exceeds operational budget expectations
  • Tracks daily Safety and Sanitation protocols and regulations
  • Lead and follow all company policies embracing and reflecting the company’s culture and values
  • Uses superior organizational and teamwork skills
  • Uses positive attitude through speech and body language
  • Upholds uniform policy, personal hygiene, and grooming standards in a professional manner
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
