The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily culinary operations at multiple outlets across the Blue Water Resort and Riviera Beach Resort , working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth service, strong team leadership, and consistent food quality. Position Overview The Kitchen Manager will support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations for: Jonah’s Tavern – casual coastal restaurant Four Beaches – outdoor seasonal dining concept The Deck – relaxed beachside food service This role focuses on team leadership, scheduling, ordering, and daily kitchen operations , ensuring that each outlet runs efficiently while maintaining Red Jacket Resorts’ standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
