Under the direct supervision of the Production Manager the Kitchen Porter III [KPIII] is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Primary responsibilities for KPIII include, Food Prep, dishwashing and maintenance of both kitchen dish rooms, assistance with cleaning/sanitation efforts within production Kitchen and assisting Kitchen Porter I and Kitchen Porter II with inventory and product storage as needed.
