About The Position

Under the direction of the Planning Supervisor, persons will be responsible for confirming and pre-staging parts and/or materials that have been allocated in the Corrplus system from an Engineering Bill of Materials list.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-1 years prior experience in order picking or warehouse position.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to efficiently use a computer program, such as Corrplus, and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Works.

Responsibilities

• Identifying which DWGs need to be worked to release Pick Tickets to the Materials team to pull 30 days prior to the technicians need by date.
• Retrieving materials from the Stockroom once they have been marked “Ready for Pickup”.
• Verifying Part Identifications and quantities.
• Confirming parts and/or materials into the kits created by the Planners.
• Accurately staging Kit materials on racks, carts or bins by aircraft project and associated cost codes.
• Distribute materials to designated locations observing the first KRS in first KSR out practice.
• Correct Receive/Delivery and/or Pick Ticket discrepancies in conjunction with the material clerks.
• Communicating gaps with Team Leads and Project Supervisors including but not limited to parts shortages and EBOM changes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
