As the Talent Acquisitions & Growth Operations Team continues to evolve toward a more integrated, skills-based, and data-driven operating model, we are seeking a Knowledge Management and Communications Lead to establish a unified, enterprise-wide knowledge ecosystem across TA&G. This role will drive a single, cohesive “look and feel” for communications, processes, tools, and reporting while ensuring operational clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders. The Knowledge Management and Communications Lead will serve as the strategic owner of the communications schedule and voice, knowledge governance, visualization standards, and content lifecycle management — enabling scalability, consistency, and execution excellence.
