In the role of Learning & Development (L&D) Technician working in Golden, Colorado, you will be part of the Human Resources team. You will assist in the development and provide learning resources (i.e. standard operating procedures, job aids, step up card updates, training resources) for manufacturing operations equipment technicians, operators, and crafts. You will be heavily involved in e-learning content and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) including managing employee and contractors’ user profiles, assigning required trainings, and pulling reports. This position reports to the Manager, L&D and works closely with the L&D Specialist, subject matter experts (SMEs) within their area of responsibility in the brewery to translate technical information into understandable written documents and e-learning courses, and update and record the completion of training and maintaining Skills Competency Acquisition Process (SCAP) data and learning management systems. There may be times that are you required to work “off shift” to best collaborate with brewery SMEs.
