About The Position

Supported daily data center operations to ensure high availability and reliable service levels Performed hardware and network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime Conducted root cause analysis for hardware and software‑related incidents Assisted in training internal teams on procedures, tools, and best practices Developed and maintained technical documentation and SOPs Provided hands‑on technical support to on‑site and remote data center teams Created and maintained automation scripts (Python, Bash) to update server and network hardware Managed and maintained inventory, asset tracking, and equipment records Assembled, installed, and decommissioned server and network equipment Performed routine maintenance on test equipment and tooling Traveled occasionally to other data center locations to support operations as needed

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at elevated locations when required
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, including on‑call rotation and after‑hours support
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and respond quickly to critical issues
