Lab Assistant - II Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: Day Shift Job Responsibilities Displays good working knowledge of routine use and maintenance of equipment relevant to area Performs equipment verifications and calibrations (pipettes, balances, pH meters, plate readers, etc.) Prepares reagents, buffers, and other study related solutions as needed Provides general lab cleaning, expired reagent monitoring, and glassware washing Manages the inventory, ordering, E-Workbook registration, storage, organization, and disposal of laboratory supplies Performs test article / reference material weighing's as needed Performs freezer and refrigerator maintenance, oversees organization Maintains water systems, performs readings, or sends samples out for testing Provides ideas, supports, and participates in process improvement initiatives Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma 1 year or more of laboratory experience Preferred Qualifications: 2 or 4 year degree Additional Job Standards: Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment Demonstrates understanding of Health and Safety compliance by following SOP's Train and assist less experienced staff Perform other duties as assigned Application Window: 3/19 thru 3/23/2026 Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
