Project Structure: ILM overview and site-based customer focus in lab support and services Analysis and understanding of ILM service structure and differentiation within lab spaces Lab service assessment refinement and vendor/pricing workbook development Integration of learnings and system optimization Additionally, below are some more specific responsibilities, if needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive laboratory equipment inventory and assessment during an on-site customer visit
- Develop and refine vendor database systems and pricing workbooks for laboratory equipment and services
- Support CRM initiatives including intake forms for site visits and coordination with on-site teams
- Learn technical aspects of laboratory operations including calibrations and preventive maintenance procedures
- Create ILM presentations templates using PowerPoint
- Assist with SharePoint organization and document management
