Real Alloy, LLC has a career opportunity for a talented, highly detailed, and self-managing Lab Technician to join the Loudon, TN team. As our new Lab Tech, your job ownership will include: Accountability for testing procedures and control of the product inspection and testing lab to ensure customer specifications are met. Meeting established schedules, quality specifications and deviations. Operating the spectrometer according to procedures. Audit incoming scrap loads & working with purchasing on proper grading of scrap Ensuring that all PMs are up to date on the spectrometer and all aluminum sample buttons are correct and of good quality. Requirements

  • Three years of experience in a metal processing operation
  • The ability to stay focused and on task without direct supervision
  • A motivation for accuracy and organization
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities
