Description Responsible for supporting the development of new makeup formulations and maintaining existing products within established timelines. Executes routine laboratory and pilot lab work under daily supervision, including batch preparation, physical testing, and data recording in accordance with defined protocols. Proficient in using, calibrating, and maintaining standard lab equipment. Collaborates effectively with team members, contributes to team goals, and builds good relationships with work partners. Continuously learns and applies best practices in project development from bench to production.
