We're searching for a Labor and Employee Relations Consultant to join our UPMC Corporate Human Resources team! This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires frequent travel within the region. In this role, the Labor and Employee Relations Consultant provides input and guidance to attorneys, management, and staff of UPMC facilities in multiple matters including, but not limited to administration of HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, negotiations, arbitration, claims and/or charges before various government agencies dealing with EEO, Labor and Health and Safety, and cost analysis for collective bargaining. They'll partner with UPMC leaders to develop and implement proactive positive employee relations and engagement strategies. Additionally, they'll develop and facilitate training content to support UPMC's talent value proposition and proactive positive employee relations. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in labor relations and demonstrates a high level of self‑motivation.
