Laboratory Assistant - Pathology at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is part-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Processes cytologic preparation of all non-gynecologic samples received in the pathology laboratory. Stains and coverslips all non-gynecologic samples, quality control of preparations and stains. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License or Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.
- Experience in cytology preparation and staining of both gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens.
Responsibilities
