About The Position
Columbus Arthritis Center is hiring an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead daily laboratory operations, compliance, and quality initiatives in a specialty medical practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small laboratory team
- Oversee daily lab operations and send-out testing with reference labs
- Own COLA inspection readiness, including pre-inspection preparation and follow-up
- Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA, COLA, and quality standards
- Review quality control and proficiency testing results
- Partner with providers and leadership to support patient care
- Identify and implement process improvements
