About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Support safe and efficient operations across aggregate plant activities. Operate basic equipment and tools to assist with material production. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of work areas. Monitor product quality and report issues promptly. Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment. Night shift 8:00pm-6:00am(training on 1st for 30 days).
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to teamwork, communication, and supporting daily operational goals.
- Heavy equipment operation and follow established procedures.
- Strong awareness of safety practices and attention to detail.
- Dependable work habits and the capability to adapt to changing needs on site.
- Maintenance experience.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
