Requirements
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent computer, math, and English skills.
- Ability to work independently on design projects.
- Friendly with the ability to interact with various personalities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design and production of civil site development plans including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
- Serve as the primary client contact, developing and maintaining relationships throughout project delivery.
- Conduct plan reviews to ensure quality control and compliance with jurisdictional standards.
- Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies.
- Provide project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning support to include preparation of proposals for new projects and/or additional services.
- Participate in proposal development, scope writing, and client presentations.
