About The Position

Mungo Homes has an opening for a Project Manager on our Land Development team in the growing Charlotte, NC market! This position will be responsible for Land Development in ensuring timely development of properties and compliance to market standards. Essential Responsibilities: Review permitting ordinances per municipalities. Prepare Starts Meetings and NOI for land development. Provide site inspections to identify project status, progress and risk management. Create and Maintain budgets, pro forma and development schedule oversight and updating. Coordinate and communicate with primary engineer and other consultants. Coordinate with agencies for permitting (Utilities, DHEC, etc.), insurance, assurance and close-out requirements and closeout NOT Performing final walks with municipalities for developments. Oversee construction of the entrances, lots, amenities and associated infrastructure for Mungo communities; to include road, drainage, water, sewer and landscaping. Manage project budget, in coordination with the Land Admin review field purchase orders and provide reporting. Coordinate contractors and inspectors for completion of land development. Order and track plats and bonds. Order and track as-builts. Prepare and record deeds and easements in conjunction with surveyor, engineer, and attorney Work with dry utilities to ensure schedule and installation. Maintain development timelines. Process pay apps and code per budget. HOA Advisory Board and ARB member for all owned developments Coordinate site safety for contractors and any public accessing the site Manage site erosion control program Track warranties Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
