Relocation assistance may also be provided to the successful candidate. What does a Land Rights Professional do for us? With minimal oversight, the Land Rights Professional is responsible for efficiently managing Idaho Power’s real estate properties and interests while adhering to acceptable real estate practices and procedures. The role acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and governmental agencies, closely coordinating with them to ensure timely and quality execution of work while seeking the best financial impact for Idaho Power. They represent the company in negotiations for purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real estate. They provide expertise on real estate matters that may involve property holdings; entitlements for easements, licenses, leases; land use authorizations; and right of way agreements and negotiations.
