About The Position

Russell Landscape is seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Construction Crew Members to assist with residential and commercial landscape installation projects. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and being part of a team that builds beautiful, functional landscapes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape construction or maintenance is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing labor-intensive tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of landscape projects, including grading, planting, sod, hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, stonework), irrigation, and drainage systems.
• Operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers with materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow instructions from the Crew Leader or Project Manager to complete tasks to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Crew Leader or Project Manager.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety policies.
