Summary
Landscape Crew Driver & Laborer is a vital role at Lanoha Nurseries, where you will support our landscape projects by assisting with plant care and installation. Based in Omaha, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transforming outdoor environments while working with a passionate team.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment.
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Knowledge of tree care, pruning, and irrigation systems.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is A PLUS!!
• Prior experience in landscaping or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and perennials.
• Support landscape construction activities including hardscape installation.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure safety and functionality.
• Help manage irrigation systems and garden areas.
• Ensure work sites are clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
