About The Position

The Landscape Enhancement & Irrigation Manager oversees enhancement projects and irrigation operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role leads field teams, works with clients, and supports the company’s mission of delivering exceptional landscape solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in landscape enhancements, irrigation, or related management role
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape materials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Manage enhancement projects including upgrades, redesigns, and seasonal plantings
• Conduct site assessments, project scoping, and estimating
• Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, and crews
• Oversee material purchasing and ensure quality control through site visits
• Oversee irrigation inspections, installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot system issues and promote water-efficient practices
• Ensure compliance with local water regulations
• Train team members on irrigation maintenance and troubleshooting
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Schedule crews and allocate resources to meet project timelines
• Manage project budgets, materials, and equipment
• Track project performance and provide updates to leadership
