About The Position

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces? We're seeking an experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to manage projects and crews. If you excel in plant/sod installation, machine operation, and team leadership, we want you!

Requirements

• 3+ years in landscape installation (plant/sod expertise essential).
• Proven proficiency with landscape machinery.
• Previous leadership experience in landscaping or construction.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape enhancement projects from start to finish, including plant, sod, and mulch installation.
• Safely operate machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers).
• Ensure top-quality workmanship, site cleanliness, and adherence to project timelines/budgets.
• Lead, train, and motivate your crew, fostering strong communication with the team, clients, and managers.
• Assist with hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls) when needed.
