Premier Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, crew development, and safe operations. The Landscaping Crew Lead / Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising field crews while delivering superior lawn care and landscape maintenance services. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Services’ quality standards. Requirements
- Valid Class D Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier Services’ driver eligibility and insurability guidelines
- Experience in lawn care, horticultural services, and landscape maintenance best practices
- Previous experience leading small crews as a working Foreman
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends
- Ability to communicate and conduct business professionally at all times
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, and grasping
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews to ensure safe operations and high-quality service
- Drive company truck and perform daily vehicle inspections
- Verify and submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlines
- Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely job completion
- Serve as a point of contact between crew members and management
