About The Position

Procare Property Services is a growing landscaping company based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, servicing residential and commercial properties throughout the area. We are currently looking to hire a Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position includes lawn mowing, spring cleanups, fall cleanups, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a professional landscaping company.

Requirements

• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing using commercial equipment
• Spring cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup, bed preparation)
• Fall cleanups (leaf removal and property cleanup)
• String trimming and edging
• Hedge and shrub trimming
• Mulching and light landscape work
• Maintaining clean and professional job sites
• Operating commercial landscaping equipment safely
• Communicating with crew members and supervisors
