About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in landscape construction and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of irrigation systems and planting is a plus. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
Basic knowledge of hardscape installation, grading, and planting techniques .
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience with irrigation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of landscape features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor structures.
Prepare job sites by grading, trenching, and installing soil and base materials.
Plant trees, shrubs, and other greenery following project specifications.
Assist in installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
