Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history
• Ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet all day
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather

Nice To Haves

• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus—but not required!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Keep landscapes looking great: mow, edge, trim, weed, plant, and prune
• Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and irrigation systems
• Power wash, rake, mulch, and more to make every outdoor space picture-perfect
• Safely operate tools like mowers, blowers, and trimmers (training provided!)
• Help with cleanup and general grounds maintenance
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as a team to meet daily goals
• Bring a positive attitude, show up on time, and represent Tendit with pride
