About The Position

AtWork Personne l is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping/Groundskeepers to join a landscaping team in Tyler, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert landscaping, gardening, and irrigation practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticultural principles, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and sustainability. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the beautification and health of our clients’ landscapes. Pay: $14.50 - $15.25 per hour , Weekly Pay, Day Shift

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred
Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices
Must have experience with a zero turn lawn mower machine.
Experience operating hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers
Understanding of plant health care, pest management, and sustainable gardening methods

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage across various landscapes
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, trimming, edging, and other landscaping activities
Conduct regular lawn care procedures such as aeration, overseeding, and weed control to maintain lush turf conditions
Assist with gardening activities including soil preparation, planting flowers and shrubs, and mulching to enhance landscape design
