About The Position

Maintenance is crucial for ensuring a smooth operation in our hotel. As a Maintenance Representative, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push items weighing up to 100-300 pounds.
• Physical agility: frequent standing, moving, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Previous landscaping experience including irrigation and lawn and tree care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of property landscaping including lawn care, plant and shrub maintenance, minor irrigation, sidewalk and parking lot cleanliness.
• Care for all indoor and outdoor potted plants.
• Removing and planting new landscaping as needed.
• Keep all sidewalks and graveled areas free of debris and maintain adequate ground coverage.
• Ensure all assigned equipment is operational for the next day's operations.
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
