About The Position

We combine horticultural, construction and hardscape skills with creativity to craft spaces that delight the senses and bring people together. We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our growing team! As a Landscaping Project Manager you’ll oversee multiple landscaping and hardscaping projects, managing budgets, schedules and teams throughout the project lifecycle. We offer a competitive annual salary of $90,000-$120,000 depending on experience, 2 weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays after 90 days, dental and life insurance, HSA contributions for qualifying health plans, and a 3% Simple IRA match. You’ll also receive leadership training and coaching, and be a part of a great, collaborative team!

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under company auto policy
  • Experience driving a vehicle while towing trailered equipment
  • 5+ years landscaping experience, ideally in project management or similar
  • 3+ years leadership or management experience
  • Proficiency in the safe operation of landscape maintenance and construction equipment including skid steers, compact track loaders, excavators, saws, compaction equipment, and power tools
  • Experience reading project plans, managing job costs and budgets, meeting deadlines, and scheduling crews and subcontractors
  • Experience adhering to and enforcing safety protocols and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple landscaping and hardscaping projects simultaneously from planning through completion
  • Serve as primary liaison between clients, team members, and subcontractors
  • Manage landscape enhancement services, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment and schedules
  • Inspect properties and develop action plans for projects
  • Work alongside crews in the field as needed to support project success
  • Collaborate with team to identify staffing needs, hire new crew members, and prepare crew schedules
  • Order and procure materials, track costs and deliveries
  • Monitor job budgets and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met

  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality outcomes
  • Assist with weekly safety meetings and monitor crew safety records
  • Perform other duties as assigned
