Responsible to oversee the entire grounds of the resort to include mowing, installation and trimming of trees and bushes, fertilization and irrigation. As Landscaping Supervisor, you will: Maintain all shrubs, trees and turf areas Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems Maintain time and production record Regular attendance as scheduled is necessary Supervise the mowing crew(s) To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

• Horticultural degree preferred.
• Must possess two to four years related experience and/or training
• High school diploma or general education degree GED
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
