As a Restaurant Busser , you’re the behind-the-scenes wave that keeps our dining room flowing smoothly. You’ll help create a clean, welcoming, and high-energy beachside atmosphere where guests can kick back and enjoy the moment. If you love fast-paced environments, teamwork, and spreading sunshine with every table reset — this is your island escape!

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service stations
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed
• Refill water, restock supplies, and ensure tables are guest-ready
• Dispose of trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Support the team to ensure smooth and timely service
• Provide friendly, upbeat guest interactions with a “no worries” attitude
