About The Position
As an established leader in the Printing, Marketing, and Design industries our mission is to partner with customers from Mom-and-Pop shops to Fortune 50 organizations and provide them with the tools and expertise needed to grow their businesses. Our tight-knit team is actively seeking an Entry Level Large Format Sign and Vinyl Installer to join us full-time. The diverse product offerings at AlphaGraphics will give you an understanding of printing, finishing, sign application, and installation. More than anything, we’re looking for a highly-collaborative and dependable teammate that is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member.
Requirements
- A desire to understand and experience using equipment including large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll to roll printers, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
- Positive, Professional Attitude

- Cooperative interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multi-tasking
- Basic math skills and ability to use a computer
- Ability to lift 25 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table
- Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
- Effective Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of Large Format Finishing and Installation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate sign equipment and miscellaneous bindery equipment
- Delivery of finished products
- Print Bindery & Finishing Post-Press Equipment
- Large Format & Sign Installation
- Other essential functions needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output
