The Large Loss Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, budget control, and a positive customer experience. This role collaborates with the Project Director and operations leadership to evaluate loss conditions, define scopes of work, manage crews, vendors, and subcontractors, and monitor project progress, documentation, and change orders. The Project Manager maintains jobsite records, equipment readiness, and deployment preparedness while responding to emergency situations and traveling as required. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage resources, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to evolving project needs. The ideal candidate brings industry experience in commercial restoration, knowledge of IICRC/ANSI S500 and S520 standards, relevant IICRC certifications (preferred), and the ability to safely operate company vehicles and meet emergency response demands.
