About The Position

The Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of fresh floral products to our customers. This position is responsible for operating a company van Delaware Valley Floral Group is currently seeking a Full time Van Driver to join our Savannah Distribution Team. This is a full-time role responsible for operating a refrigerated van to deliver fresh floral products to flower shops throughout GA.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles (vans, 16-ft box trucks, or similar vehicles preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record (reviewed periodically)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort using GPS, maps, and route planning tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van to transport floral products for daily deliveries.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining product quality during transport
• Load and unload shipments while properly handling floral products and related supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle while reporting any maintenance concerns
• Use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools to move and manage inventory efficiently
• Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS or maps to maximize efficiency and meet delivery timelines
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
