About The Position
Laundry Aide part time Sundays ONLY 8am - 4:30pm We are a 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation facility who provides person-centered care to each of our residents. Facility location: 111 S Congress Street, York, SC 29745 - 803-684-0035 Our Housekeeping Team is a hardworking group committed to keeping our residents’ home clean, safe, and comfortable. We’re looking for a part time Sundays ONLY Laundry Aide who’s dependable, upbeat, and takes pride in keeping linens fresh and clean. If you’re punctual, flexible, and enjoy working with a supportive, team-focused environment, you’ll fit right in. This is a meaningful role where your work truly makes a difference in our residents’ daily comfort and care.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow directions and maintain sanitation standards
- Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and push carts as needed
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and resident clothing
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Distribute clean linens to departments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment
- Monitor supplies and report maintenance concerns
- Handle residents’ personal clothing with care and ensure proper labeling
