Looking for qualified Laundry Aide to join our team! Location: Ocean Springs Health and Rehab Job Type: Full-Time 7A-3P( two days) 3p-11p( two days) We believe that a clean and comfortable environment is essential for the health and well-being of our residents. Major Responsibilities: Under supervision of the Laundry Supervisor and/or Nursing Home Administrator, you will assure the laundry is maintained, in a clean, safe and sanitary manner with adequate supply of linen on hand always to meet the needs of the residents. Sort laundry, linen, garments. Perform tasks such as folding and delivering residents' laundry daily. Load and empty washers and dryers. Assist nursing staff with cleaning out residents' closets.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age.
Practical knowledge of day-to-day cleaning in a long-term care facility.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with staff and vendors
