About The Position

Assists in the transport of both clean and soiled linen deliveries and pick up. Restocks and delivers exchange carts to all end users. Collects and documents clean and soiled weights for tracking and billing purposes. Moving of heavy linen carts full of clean and soiled linen.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year related linen experience
• Ability to adhere to policies and procedures without exception
• Ability to effectively prioritize requests, while maintaining established work flow
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs while maintaining focus in accomplishing tasks.
• Must have excellent oral communication and customer service skills in working with stakeholders across the care continuum
• Detail oriented with ability to adhere to tracking requirements
• Ability to productively work alone and as part of a collaborative team
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
• Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
