Laundry Attendant
About The Position
Homewood Suites by Hilton/Cleveland-Beachwood is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join their team! A Laundry Attendant will be responsible for: maintaining a constant supply of clean linens and towels for the hotel – About Buffalo Lodging Associates: Buffalo Lodging Associates, a hotel management company based out of Canton, MA has put an emphasis on true hospitality since being founded in 1996. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 Years Experience in hotel housekeeping
- Customer service skills and team player
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for 8 hour shift
- Able to lift 25 to 50 lbs loading linen into machines
Nice To Haves
- Hotel Experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Tends laundering machines to clean articles, such as sheets, towels and other linen.
- Inspects linen to locate stained or torn items. Records counts for discarded linen.
- Folds, stacks and places towels, sheets and other linen in appropriate storage bins.
- Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs.
