The overall purpose of the Laundry / Housekeeping position is to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness within well-established guidelines and assigned areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs duties and responsibilities with assigned functional area within a nursing home facility which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks: Follows cleaning schedule as outlined for the housekeeping department. Provide a safe and sanitary environment for our residents. Ensure the facility maintains high standards of housekeeping excellence. Participates directly in daily housekeeping and laundry functions as required.
