The Terminal 5 Sr. Project Manager (T5 Sr. Project Manager) shall report to the Terminal 5 Project Delivery Director and is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of design- and construction-related activities within the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project. Position Description Summary The T5 Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of design and construction activities for the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project. The role focuses on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and ensuring construction work meets required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture. The Project Manager ensures the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, operational impact mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to LAWA standards. The T5 Sr. Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the T5 Interface Manager to ensure that all project elements—including the concourse, headhouse, and site/civil work—are aligned, communicated, and executed efficiently. This role includes coordinating, managing, and resolving all interfaces among multiple contractors, design teams, stakeholders, utilities, and project management groups across the T5 Program to ensure that technical, operational, schedule, and logistical requirements are fully met.
