Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care and landscaping duties to maintain grounds of properties using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Operate vehicles, tractors, twin axle vehicles, mowers, trimmers, chains saws, snow blowers and snowplows to perform a variety of tasks while maintaining safety always. This includes but is not limited to:
• Mowing
• Trimming
• Raking
• Mulching
• Weeding
• Digging
• Planting
• Cutting
• Snow Blowing/Plowing
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment and vehicles using basic mechanical skills and winterizing power equipment as needed.
• Complete and maintain accurate records for proper job tracking and expenses.
• Maintain vehicle records along with equipment repairs and services.
