As a Lawn Supervisor, you'll spend your day leading a team of Lawn and Lawn Aeration Technicians, ensuring top-quality service is delivered to our customers across the community. You'll be responsible for coaching team members, evaluating their performance, assisting with training, and supporting their professional growth. You'll also play a key role in daily route planning, resolving customer concerns, and working across departments to improve efficiency and service outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires organization, accountability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful Lawn Supervisor at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll be an enthusiastic and dedicated leader who is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. You'll also have... A minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control or a supervisory/managerial role A natural ability to lead, motivate, and support a team Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some weekends and participation in an on-call rotation The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, smartphones, tablets, and field service software (such as PestPac) A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. A high school diploma or equivalent The ability to obtain state-issued pest control licenses and certifications within 90 days (if not already held) You'll also need to meet the following physical requirements: The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and position yourself to conduct service in tight or elevated areas The ability to safely lift and carry items or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds The ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excited to lead in a fast-paced, field-based role-this could be the next step in your career journey. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control or a supervisory/managerial role
  • A natural ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
