As a Lead Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue from both existing and new customers via acquisition sales strategies, tactics, and processes demonstrating Honeywell Hospitality-based solutions to solve existing and new customers’ most critical key management problems. You will develop and sell locking, EMS and GRMS solutions, including recurring software licensing agreements, to customers and owner groups within your assigned territory. You will also be knowledgeable and able to discuss Honeywell’s other solutions (Security, Fire, building management) and work closely with those teams as needed. You will engage with all levels of the customer and any job influencers (contractors, architects, etc) and act as their trusted advisor to translate Honeywell Hospitality offerings into real world business value.
