About The Position

As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions while providing support to our leadership team. Your expertise in administrative management will be essential in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the organization. You will report directly to our Lead Executive Administrator and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level leaders
  • 5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • 5 or more years of experience scheduling appointments/updating calendars and coordinating travel
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings, sometimes large scale training meetings.
  • Arranges complex travel arrangements both domestic and international including accommodations, detailed itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed including securing Visa’s and letters of invitations from countries requiring as well as maintaining up to date passports.
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, client dinners and employee team building activities.
  • Extensive Calendar Management skills a must.
  • Manages executive’s schedule to reflect current objectives and acts as liaison for executive team.
  • Prepares agendas, reports, presentations, and tracks data, as well as maintaining one drive files and correspondence for meetings; and recording in TEAMS channel.
  • Attends staff meetings as determined by leader and tracks action items from those meetings.
  • Handles confidential information; and becomes a trusted member of the team.
  • Prepares information and research for executive needs.
