GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed, and results oriented Lead AI UX/UI Designer. The ideal candidate will bring experience designing user experiences and UII that leverage generative AI platforms. They will be comfortable collaborating with business owners, engineers, data scientists and product management to lead design programs across research, requirements, user workflows, interface design and usability studies. As a Lead AI UX/UI designer you will be accountable for designing solutions that responsibly incorporate generative AI into user experiences and address the goals of our business. You will be leading and mentoring other designers and working directly with product management to align priorities and engineering backlogs. You will be responsible for understanding the emerging AI landscape and the opportunities to advance the practice of UX and UI design. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary design and research team that values people, human-centered design and a growth mindset. This position is a hybrid role that requires to be on-site 3 days a week at one of the following locations: Chevy Chase, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Fredericksburg, VA; Seattle, WA; Manhattan, NYC.
