About The Position

Tyson Foods, Inc. has multiple openings for Lead Analysts Applications in Springdale, AR. Align with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document customer needs into well-organized business requirements that technical individuals can comprehend. Participate in resolving support-related concerns while enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Responsible for developing and maintaining a professional and technical knowledge of the area assigned, including a consistent focus on emerging and predominant technologies that enable the assigned area. Perform Project Delivery and Process Optimization. Support the execution of projects using the Tyson Agile project methodology. Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements or user stories. Perform configuration within a variety of software packages and develop test plans for given software releases. Develop and execute unit, system, and integration test cases. Cultivate strong business relationships by demonstrating an understanding of related processes, requirements systems, and terminology. Maintain awareness of best practices including processes and technology and identify opportunities for the improvement of existing functionality. Develop existing or research new tools that improve the delivery of solutions to customers. Provide guidance and feedback to more junior analysts within the same team area to support, create, maintain, and ensure quality of systems that support key customer business processes. Collaborate with the functional end users’ vendors and IT peers to support applications, system integrations, and capabilities as needed. Document and maintain support procedures and information as needed to maintain a positive support level. Deliver support efforts within established service level agreements to ensure department key performance indicators are met. 30% domestic travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, and 5 years of experience in information technology.
  • 5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder WMS
  • 5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Labor Management Systems (LMS) such as Blue Yonder Warehouse Labor Management (WLM)
  • 5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing integrations with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) edge connected systems such as SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Control Systems which include Dematic and Savoye
  • 5 years of experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements with multiple stakeholders
  • 5 years of business process modeling experience
  • 5 years of experience in architecting, designing, building, and supporting warehouse integrations to demonstrate an understanding of Snap Logic and EDI integration methodologies and best practices
