About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at The View at Huxley Yards apartment community in Madison, WI . This is a Tax credit property with 303 units. This position will pay up to $29.00 an hour , determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. Terms and conditions apply What You Will Do The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Three to four years of related experience or training
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
